High-power pulsed source is the equipment that provides electromagnetic energy forpulsed power load. Traditional control system of high-power pulsed source has a lack ofintegration and intelligence,and the problem of extension.In response to these problems in the control system, the entire system adopted inembedded control technology as the core, through the fieldbus (CAN) for systemmonitoring and control devices for centralized control and management of remotecentralized computer control, optical transmission, achieve charging and dischargingcontrol systems. Master computer or simultaneously to all modules are pre-chargevoltage, controlled charging, stop charging and shutdown operations and the safety ofthe entire work process real-time monitoring.The overall design of the PPS control system is proposed after analyzing theprinciple of PPS. The circuit of data collection of high voltage and high current isdesigned. Embedded control technology as the core control part, can control various partsof the pulse power system. The actual experiment proved that this system has highresistance to strong electromagnetic interference and it can work stably and reliably.
