Design And Realization Of Enterprise Supply Chain Management System Based On The SSH Liner Planning

With the further development of global integration and information technology, moreand more international enterprises, especially fast moving consumer goods productionenterprises, establish their production bases in east Asia, because not only the advantage oflabor, but also the huge consumer market, in order to achieve the goal of supply chainmanagement to reduce the cost. China mainland with its unique human resources andconsumption market advantages, become the first choice for this kind of internationalenterprises. With the production base migration, the second question is that the supply chainmanagement in the process of purchasing becomes complicated. Parts of the raw material relyon imports while the cost of purchasing is increasing. Meanwhile, the maturity of theindustrial development in China mainland is not high. As suppliers locate in different cities,and most suppliers are small and medium-sized enterprises, it's hard for constructing a maturereal-time supply mode like JIT in a short term. Therefore, it is very important to construct asupply chain management system which accords with the purchase situation of theinternational fast moving consumer goods production enterprises.This article discusses the international fast moving consumer goods productionenterprise supply chain management strategy and researches the purchase plan of supplychain model, improvements the vendor management inventory(VMI) strategy and establishesthe SSH(Senior Supply chain Holding) linear programming model, and puts forward thelinear programming based on SSH company supply chain management system.This article has following parts.First, this paper discusses the international common purchasing management strategyand supply chain modeling method, the introduction of the vendor management inventory(VMI) ideas, and its improvement, and conclude that the international consumer goodsproduction enterprise for rapid in China market environment of purchasing managementoperation strategy.Second, This paper focus on the vendor management inventory VMI based on thestrategy improvement, focus on the multi-objective linear optimization (MOLP) decision model, and then puts forward the SSH linear programming. Detailed discussion amountcontrol, supplier order distribution control, inventory control and additional strategies. Thetotal set up13sets of different target function and constraints, give a specific mathematicalexpression and reasoning interpretation process.Third, this paper based on SSH linear programming company supply chain managementsystem design. This paper focuses on the core part of the calculation system data model,calculator design and business logic level of design. In establishing a data model and thesolving process, system from the external system to get important auxiliary data, this sectionalso discussed the external data interface design content.At last, this paper analyzes the SSH linear programming model of time complexity, andbased on SSH linear programming to supply chain management system performance to carryon the test verification. The paper describes running test cases and the process of test inputsand outputs. At the same time, use charts the enterprise use tracking improved system afterthe core enterprise's stock movements.This article researches the vendor management inventory (VMI) strategy, and set up theSSH linear programming as the core of the supply chain management system whilecombining the sourcing characteristics of the international fast moving consumer goodsproduction enterprises in China mainland market. Through the more accurate order data, ithelps the core production enterprise to reduce the stock, and then reach the effect of the wholesupply chain inventory. It helps to optimize the enterprise purchase plans.
