Research On Collaboration And Management Of Multi-Project Based On Web

Based on the analysis results of the unwelcome problems that many enterprises are confronted while conducting muti-project at the same time, especially when they have to distribute limited resources to every project, this paper gives the challenging advice of collaboration and management of multi-project based on web, which is the strategy of Program Console in this context. Under the guide of this strategy project managers distribute their resources into many projects in a reasonable way, while can enhance the resource usage rate, cut off extra effort and make them more competitive.The advice of project team building, task statistics, project profile etc, lays a solid base for future successful running.This paper also elaborates the multi-project resource statistics, including human resource work hours, material resource usage number, work resource cost, disposable resource cost and non-disposable resource cost. And it can help the managers learn about the effort spent on resource and have an insight into the resource usage within their companies.Last but no the least, algorithm based on Earned Value Analysis from accounting, can get a overall effort and progress of the project undergoing, and compare with the baseline and find the discrepancies between the plan and the actual value, based on which result managers can adjust the projects and make the project run more smoothly. Specially, EAC (Estimated at Completion) can estimate the finishing state of the project.
