Prompt development of Internet and Embedded system has provided vaster information exchanging platform and integrated high intelligent node to NCS (Networked Control System). This paper has been analyzed and studied the structure of NCS as well as developing method of embedded system. And have introduced basal principle and method of embedded intelligent-unit it is used to establish control system to high speed Ethernet, studied and designed the hardware and software of the whole intelligent-unit and Ethernet communication realization. Intelligent-unit is based on AT91RM9200, using its multi-interface and powerful real-time processing to control hypogyny facility. LXT971ALC can realize connection with Ethernet. The system used ARMLinux that source code is opened as the kernel,and cross compiler was used as the application software develop environment. Finally, the intelligent-unit links with disperse instrument and sensor to finish data acquisition and processing, which can be directly connected to the high speed Ethernet, so can easily make up intelligent distributed control system.
