With the improvement of aquaculture technology and scientific management,the aquaculture develops gradually from the sporadic production to the intensified direction.In order to better achieve the centralized management of aquaculture farms, the development of current water environment monitoring system status and future trends at home and abroad was analyzed,and a design scheme of intelligent multi-parameter monitoring system based on CAN-bus was proposed in this paPer.The article depended on the science and technique project of Jiangsu province "intelligent multi-parameter high-precision detecting and control instrument based on bus".The whole design conception was described firstly,The MCU C8051F040 was used as the core microprocessor of the field instrumentation,The processed data was uploaded to embedded CAN-Ethernet gateway through CAN-bus.The ARM7 microprocessor LPC2292 was used as the core microprocessor in the embedded CAN-Ethernet gateway.The data was transmitted to monitoring center computer by Ethernet from embedded CAN-Ethernet gateway.The staff can get the data from the IE explorer.In this paper,both hardware and software system were described. Hardware,mainly included signal processing circuit,data processing circuit, CAN-bus interface circuit on field instrumentation,and CAN-bus interface circuit, Ethernet interface circuit,power supply and reset circuit on embedded CAN-Ethernet gateway.Software,CAN-bus communication was described,after the analysis of data processing process of field instrumentation,the real-time operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱon embedded CAN-Ethernet gateway was explained in detail.The realization and conversion of CAN-bus and Ethernet was described.The TCP/IP protocol stack was realized,and the Web Server was built based on TCP/IP protocol.The experimental tests proved the system had achieved the design goals,the field data can be achieved accurately,in real-time by field instrumentation,CAN-bus and Ethernet communication was stable and reliable data transmission accuracy,the site data can be achieved by control centers computer in real time and accurately.The design meets the design requirements completely.This design successfully achieves CAN-bus and Ethernet mixing communications,the performance is better than domestic similar productions,it has wide application prospect and market demand.
