A Study On The Performance Management Of Institute

Performance management is the process of decompounding the organizational goals into personnel goals by roundly planning, actualizing, evaluating and feeding back. It is a communicating activity of managers and employees to realize the organizational goals and to advance the ability and performance.Performance management can help organization to find the employees, problems and solve them immediately. It can also make employees enhance their confidence and improve on their performance continuously. In one hand, performance management can carry out the organizational stratagem and performance by employees. In the other hand, the employees can heighten their value by the process of continuously communication. So we can say that the performance management is a very important activity for organize and employees.The investigation of performance management in the west began in the second word war. In 70s 20 century, it sprung up. However, in China, we started to make experiments in 1995.It was only 10 years by now. Furthermore, the investigation in unit is less advanced than the one in government. So, it is still in an Original station. It is in this background , the article was set up.The main intention of this article is to establish the rules basing on the advanced theory and experience. And then make a case study of FS institute. In this case ,there will be set up a project of performance management of this unit. In addition, with help of visiting, we can get the first hand information to find the actuality or the problem in the field of performance management of this unit. We also hope that this research can bring valuable reference to our own profession and other correlative unit.
