The Design And Implementation Of Cooperation Unit And Dispatching Management System For Qingdao Mobile Company

Co-operation units and dispatching management are always the important part of daily work of China Mobile in each city. And there is no exception for the Qingdao China Mobile. The company stays long-term cooperative relationships with co-operation units to maintain long-term business, bringing profits for the company and gradually widening business area. Dispatching management is the top priority of China Mobile work. But because of the large number of customers, many problems need to be handled by the qualified units or the relevant person in charge, including a larger volume of business. Currently, there are some shortcomings in the relevant work of Qingdao China Mobile, like dimness of dispatching types and roles of business occurring similar occasionally. Based on the above requirements, Qingdao China Mobile Co-operation Units and Dispatching Management System was developed.B/S architecture, MVC design pattern, SSH framework and Oracle11g were used as the technical means for Qingdao China Mobile Co-operation Units and Dispatching Management System. Considering the overall design of the system architecture, B/S architecture and MVC design pattern were used. SSH framework (integrated by three kinds of framework, Hibernate, Struts and Spring) was currently the most commonly used technology framework for management systems. Oracle11g was currently the most widely used database technology, which can effectively enhancing the security and the stability of system data.Qingdao China Mobile Co-operation Units and Dispatching Management System achieved cooperation unit management, cooperation unit staff management, dispatching management, dispatching change management, and other businesses. The functions of Cooperation unit management included basic information management of cooperation unit, qualification management of cooperation unit, dynamic password maintenance and role change management. Cooperation unit staff management included staff file management, personnel authentication add, staff information maintenance and rights management. Dispatching management included dispatching management for design, dispatching management for supervision and dispatching management for construction, covering input, distribution, processing, feedback and other major steps. Dispatching change management included creating dispatching change and dispatching change approval management.The research and development of the system fully integrated the business characteristics of cooperation units information management and dispatching management with Qingdao China Mobile's daily work process. Since the official on-line use of the system, the responsibility of each role involved were cleared, all aspects involved in dispatching management work were classified and refined, and the information management of cooperation units and their staff were standardized. Through the detailed design of the function, the quality and efficiency of cooperation units and dispatching management work of Qingdao China Mobile were fully improved, the business level was promoted, which further strengthening the competitive ability of the company.
