Design And Implementation Of Material Management System For The Certain Unit

Information technology has become an important symbol of national defense and military modernization. It is the focus and highly concerned issue of current special department that how to use the network information technology for a certain unit material management technology. The certain unit is the main force in the construction of national defense infrastructure, especially the position of the project. The building positions are all over the country, with many characteristics such as many points and long enough, large in scale, the tight time schedule, remote and liquidity. The objective reality is a challenge to the certain unit management, especially in engineering material management. Under the intensive conditions, the certain unit traditional material management, information statistics and transmission between the superior department and the front line construction unit, it is difficult to meet the needs of the management of the massive information. For example, systematical plan, data statistics, information transfer, query and analysis work, these items are difficult to be timely, accurate and effective. On the other hand, they are merely relying on single stand-alone operations, faxing machine to send and receive information management,which causes great waste of resources.According to the characteristics of the certain unit material management, material support requires quantity plan accurately, high standards of quality, ensuring the high speed and strict confidentiality and other characteristics. These characteristics of the material management information system were put forward corresponding to the high demand and high standards, ensuring that the system can always be in a state of high efficiency. Material management information system, as a kind of new material supply management, greatly improves the material management level and efficiency. It is conducive to the material management of scientific and modernization, ensuring the supply of materials in all directions, multi-level and informational development.In view of this situation, our aim is to set up the certain unit material information system of high speed channel, improving material management efficiency. In particular,to help a certain unit head office make scientific and normative decision, strengthen effective management and prevent management loopholes, this study developed thecertain unit material management information system. This system is the key for the current situation, which is fully playing the advantages of information technology.According to the characteristics and needs of the certain unit material management information system, this paper built a suitable and modernization certain unit material management information system. To improve the scientific and systematic of the certain unit material management information system, it has important significance and theoretical significance.This paper has accomplished the following four items:Firstly, the fundamental theory and related technology of material management was introduced in this paper, which includes domestic and foreign research of the certain unit material management system. Meanwhile, the development trend and requirements were also cleared, providing theoretical and technical support so as to conform to characteristics and requirements of the certain unit system construction.Secondly, business process and data flow analysis was processed to material management according to the actual situation, demand, integration, need of the certain unit. At the same time, requirements analysis was also conducted for the certain unit material management information system from both the functional and non-functional requirements.Again, on the base of system demand analysis and system integral plan, system scheme and structure functional modules design was completed according to the objective and task of system design, and each module is experienced detailed design respectively.Finally, Apache+ My SQL+ PHP development mode is used. The system is researched and developed based on three layer architecture B/S which is adapt to the certain unit material management. Then, establishing information system database and a variety of related tables,which includes the login module programming system, the user information management module, material plan module, material management module, project management module, supplier management module, library management module, in-out warehouse management module, warehouse material statistics module and backup and operation log management modul, etc.. The system has a friendly interface and stable operation after tested, which can represents the most advanced level of the certain unit material management information.
