Design And Implementation Of Vehicle Driving Training Management Information System

As automobiles become more affordable, "The License Rush" has resulted to sufficient growth in the Vehicle License Industry. In order to standardize the car license industry The Ministry of Communications and Ministry of Public Security published "The Program Outlines for Vehicle Driving Training " and " Provisions on the Application for and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses " which has been executed from 1^st April 2006. The Vehicle Driving Training Management Information System is developed based on the above documents and fully considered the requirements of the driving schools, using procedures from "The Software Engineering Process " and the language of Visual Basic 6.0.This document describes the design of the system. The design will be in two parts: The development of the Systemic Functional Module (including modes, interface, database, process design etc.) and Data Security Design. After designing the Module, the writer will use varies methods in testing the module, from individual modules to whole system tests as to assure the consistent function of systemic function and demand analysis function. As the operator can skip the system to change data, corresponding to the current situation of emphasize of function rather than paying more attention to safety issues, a solution has been stated in this paper: to add a encryption & decryption calculation into the management system thus enhancing data safety. This method can be used for other related information management data safety designs. Further investigation in certifying security needs to be implemented, as the system is still weak in the area other than functioning.Currently this system is in use. The whole system embodies the theory of easy to execute, friendly interface, flexible, practical and safe to manage.
