Dali Prefecture Public Security Bureau Of Motor Vehicles And Driving Localization Information Management System Design And Realization

The core and basic contents of public security and traffic management is to superintend the motor vehicl and driver. In recent years,with the Vigorous Development and Prosperity of the Socialist market-oriented economy,people's quality of life is improving. The pressure of traffic management is growing day by day. Contradictions among people,vehicl,road,management and enviroment are rised. The number of vehicl and driver and the road mileage open to traffic is increased year after year. But public security and traffic management can't accommodate it. Hence,the traffic accidents frequently happen,by which the casualties and economic losses caused are rised rapidly.In the light of above problems,this thesis takes the follow-up management and service of vehicl and driver as the main research subject. On the basis of thoroughly analysis and research on the various practical situation and demands of Dali prefecture public security and traffic management,the theory of public security and traffic management and police affair infomationization,we adopt the advanced computer and internet technology,such as JSP language,Oracle 10g data base,and carry out computerized,informationized and Internetized scientific management on over 900,000 vehicls and drivers in Dali Prefecture. On the basis of IBM WebSphere software platform and JDK exploitation environment,according to the characteristis of Dali public security and traffic management and follow-up management and service of vehicl and driver,we innovate manangement pattern and method,adopt B/S system strcture pattern,design and exploit Dali Police Department manangement system by which vehicl and driver supervised by the local govemment.Based on the detailed research and analysis on the current management status and exist problem of vehicle and driver in Dali prefecture. This thesis earnestly analysis and research the requirement and feasibility of informationized management system which supervised by the local government. As well as clarified the subscriber demands and function requirement of this system. Integrated with the demand analysis,we did the overall and partial analysis and design on system,clarified the design target,principle, system construction,function module and data base design,etc. We drafted system construction picture,internet topology picture,professional flow chart and function module picture,etc. developed and fulfilled five function modules as follows,vehicles and drivers'information collection,information enquire,succeeding management service,information count and system management. We set up data base which required by system and did the detailed design and encode. In the end,we test the system. The test result showed that this system is normal,steadily operated and very practical. This system accords with the present actual situation and demand of the succeeding management service for vehicles and drivers in Dali prefecture.
