The Third Party Logistics Management And Analysis System Based On Data Warehouse

With the development of computer information technology and the society's economy, every day an enterprise will generate some kinds of important data. But if we don't have an effective method to visit and query them, they will be just in "sleep" status, so they are not useful to the enterprise. The purpose of building data warehouse system is to apply them, and to improve enterprise's decision-making ability. A data warehouse provides a storage platform for large data, and the OLAP technology provides a method to analyze them.The thesis first introduces the data warehouse application status of logistics trade and the development trend of data warehouse, and points out the necessity of building management and analysis system for China Post Logistics. Then it introduces the basic concepts of data warehouse and OLAP technology. Through analysis of China Post Logistics' operation, it proposes the system and data warehouse design of "China Post Logistics Management And Analysis System". The main problem is how to integrate data during the building process of data warehouse, the paper gives out a method that is based on the XMLBeans technology to integrate data, and applies it in the "China Post Logistics Management And Analysis System", which produces satisfied results. Finally the thesis introduces some realization of analysis and reports in this system.
