The construction is one of the important industries in our civil economy; it has a very important effect. However, there is a big contrast between the large scale and the poor benefit of the construction. The reason of this problem rests with the unenlightened measures of the management and technology. As is reported that the proportion attributed to the advanced information technology in the build industry's profit is 30% but 50% in other industries. Recently, the technology development of the construction industry is given a lot of attention especially in developed countries. This is s trend of the construction industry in the world. The advanced information technology of the construction is in the period of popularization and application after the research and the practice and results in great benefit. Although, we don't dabble in the three-dimensional design software of the construction almost in our country. So we need to strengthen the development of the three-dimensional simulation of the construction scene. The three-dimensional simulation of the construction scene has more expressive force than the two-dimensional plan. We should work hard to develop the three-dimensional design software of the construction scene.I discuss the design requirement, system architecture and key technology of the software as a developer of 3DSG.. In recent years, the method of the object-oriented analysis and design is used in the development of a lot of software. In my paper, I introduce the basic idea and the superiority of the object-oriented development. I use the object-oriented method to develop the three-dimensional design software of the construction scene. We choice Microsoft Visual C++ to code and realize the unit module by DLL in our project. The software is to be used and gets a high evaluation.
