Study Of Object-oriented 3D Simulation Of Storage And Retrieval Work Of Automatic Warehouse

Today logistics industry are striding forward to the direction of height automated and intelligent, automatic warehouse as the key part, its automatic intensity is higher and higher, the system is more and more complicated. The problem about the optimization of scheduling of storage and retrieval warehouse is an important part of the research on the warehouse.The simulation is an effective method for study the automated warehouse storage and retrieval work, this article has done the following research work on the automated warehouse storage and retrieval work:(1) Summarizes the present situation of simulation software, and studied the development direction of automated warehouse simulation in logistics 3D simulation. Introduced the object-oriented modeling method and the Petri net's mathematics rationale, preparing for automatic warehouse system modeling.(2) Analyzed the characteristic of automatic warehouse storage and retrieval work, and establish the automatic warehouse storage and retrieval work's OOPN model using the method of object oriented Petri net(OOPN).(3) Introduced 3D graphic library in computer 3D display, and the technology witch using in computer 3D display.(4) Utilized the object-oriented programming method compilation simulated program to realize the automated warehouse's storage and retrieval work's display in three dimensions.At last, I validate the simulation procedure according to the example and show out the simulation result and analysis to get the consult that simulation procedure has effect on forecast and analysis in the earlier building of automatic warehouse. So, the purpose of this article is achieved.
