The problems of economizing energy and making use of finite sources in reason are paid attention to the society more and more, and this issue becomes more and more obvious with science and technology progress and development of society economy. Saving energy is profit to increase the economic performance of the enterprise in view of at present benefits, reduce the otiose waste, and is benefit to protect environment, bring benefit to the posterity in future.The oxygen lance is the key equipments of making steel, its quality and life relate to the quantity and the efficiency that making steel. The inventions of water-cooling oxygen lance raised the service life of the oxygen lance greatly, and provide the condition for better making use of the oxygen lance to smelting in reason. But existing some irregularities in the water-cooling oxygen lance currently; it is that illegitimate supplying water the work condition exists in many steelworks widespread, result in otiose waste and equipment exhaust. It becomes a noticeable problem gradually How to control in reason the oxygen lance cooling-water supply system, making it work always in the best economy energy.With the emergence of the computer and various advance control methods, provided the solution for the economy energy problem of the enterprise. Aim at the problems what oxygen lance exist, This paper adopts fuzzy self-adjust PID control the method of combining the fuzzy control with the conventional PID controls technique; to correspond control to oxygen lance cooling-water flux. In the process of smelt, according to three quantities of measuring for the system and some earlier data, estimate the best cooling-water current quantity value by the computer as given flux value of control system, and base on error and error change given by computer sampling and computing in time, obtain the three adjusted values of PID by fuzzy illation of the fuzzy self-adjust PID controller, self-adjust three PID control parameters, makes the oxygen lance cooling-water system always work in the best economy energy stably. Finally, system emulate model is given and analyzing, It proves that the fuzzy self-adjust PID control system have favorable specialty of static and dynamic state. Compare with traditional PID control, control performances have preferable improvement in stabilization and robustness.In addition, this paper make the full analysis to the transmitting heat mechanism...
