With the implementation of the National Energy Board efficient clean use of coal and ultra-low emissions of pollutants,the coal-burning electricity-generating are facing the most serious environmental situation in the history.The removal process and control requirements should increased accordingly of NOx,which is one of the ultra-low emission targets fired power.Currently,the study of flue gas denitrification technology mainly concentrated on physical principles,structures and equipment,operating methods,and the automatic control of the flue gas denitrification system strategy research is less.Especially in the new environmental situation,the quality control of the flue gas denitrification system directly affect the safe and stable operation of the unit.There is big delay in the control process of flue gas denitrification spray amount ammonia on the Coal-fired power plant,the dynamic characteristics of the controlled object rendering large nonlinear,the model parameters of controlled objects will change when conditions change,quality of control system can not be meet on the conventional control strategy.This paper analyzes the cascade control of flue gas denitrification spray amount ammonia,and the optimization of control system is studied.(1).According to the characteristics of the control system of the large delay,simulation the control system of denitrification spray amount ammonia with Smith predictive compensator.The results show that,the overshoot is reduced when the model parameters remain unchanged,to shorten the Adjustment time,reduce the negative impact of the delay links.(2).The robustness of fuzzy control and is not sensitive to the parameter,design the fuzzy cascade control system of denitrification spray amount ammonia,the fuzzy control has great adaptability to control the object model,through the model parameters of simulation test.(3).Combination forecast compensation Smith's quick response and the robustness of fuzzy control,this article has optimized the control system of flue gas denitrification spray amount ammonia with fuzzy Smith prediction control,the result of simulation shows that the fuzzy Smith prediction control can obviously improve the control performance and adaptability of the system.
