A/A/O activated sludge wastewater treatment is a kind of the effective method. Made use of the microbial metabolism, it absorbs or degrades the harmful material of the wastewater. Sewage treatment system is a complex system that owns some characteristics, such as, non-linear, delay and uncertainty etc. Because the traditional control algorithm is not high control precision, it is difficult to achieve the ideal control effect. In order to obtain high efficiency, high quality and low cost of wastewater treatment system, developed and researched new type of intelligent control strategy is the main task.Wastewater treatment process modeling and control method researched has the practical and theoretical significance.On the basis of the analysis of the existing wastewater treatment in automatic control technology, intelligent control algorithm and the simulation results are deeply researched for activated sludge sewage treatment system, the main work is as follows:1. The present development of activated sludge sewage treatment is summarized in this paper. The control status of sewage treatment at home and abroad is expounded.2. According to microbial growth mechanism and aeration mechanism, the sewage treatment mathematical model is established. And control scheme is determined.3. Combining the research hot spot of intelligent control, oxygen fuzzy-the single neuron PID compound controller is designed. It is based on control incremental. It contains the advantages of fuzzy controller and the single neuron PID controller. The problem is solved which is oscillation in controllers switch.4. The dissolved oxygen fuzzy-single neurons PID controller and fuzzy controller simulation results are compared. The results show that the control effect of dissolved oxygen is more ideal, and proof that the algorithm is effective and feasible.
