Abstract/Summary:
In the base of analyzing industrial burning coal boiler dynamic speciality, the text designs relevant feedwater and burning controlling systems for the complex and difficult controlling feature of industrial burning coal boiler and the problem in the condition of the great change of the burthen. For the boilers feedwater control, we adopt single grade three impulse controlling system of add nes steam flux minus direction differential coefficient signal and feedwater flux inertia tache . for the steam pressures controlling, we adopt PT uzzy bunch grade controlling system of using hearth temperature as assistant control parameter and steam pressure as main control parameter. At the same time, adhibit steam flues forward present controlling to advance the systems speediness and steam pressures stability, for the quantity of the smoke containing oxygen and the control of the hearth minus pressure, we adopt changing oxygen quantity burning adjust rule using feedcoal quantity as forward present signal and delivering wind quantity as controlling quantity and hearth minus press controlling system using delivering wind quantity as forward present signal and leading wind quantity as controlling quantity. Simultaneity, compile emluator to the two system controlling arithmetic, emulating result basically satisfies demand.
