Research And Application Of The Management Information System

With the development of the information technology, the work efficiency through the use of information is being enhanced in various fields in the 21th century. Changing the tradition management mode and realizing the management information system are very important and useful. The construction of employment service management information system is the important part of the information construction of our government, and it is being received the great attention of the Central Party Committee of China and government departments at all levels and in the all time. Our country has already entered a new round unemployment peak. Our country has faced unprecedented enormous pressure on employment in the " Ninth Five-Year Plan Period " and even a long period, and this is the stage that economic development of a market and system reform must be gone through. So, national Ministry of Labour and Social Security has put forward the action of implementing the reemployment project. Employment services are very important in the reemployment project, so we proposed higher demand to the service management of employment. In order to meet the demand and characteristic of Service management of employment, we have adopted the scheme C/S combining with B/S, realized data transmission through the network between the employment higher authorities and subordinate of service department,extended the employment service to the community, street and unit through VPNnetwork in Internet network of framework, realized the high-speed, safeconnection.Main research results in the following text:(1) According to the actual working condition of the employment service management information system, the overall scheme of the system was put forward. This system adopts two layers according with three layers of structure system, and ensures to be expanded, managed, maintained, implemented. It is most important task for the system to be conformed an intact system which is made of four unattached system before: Workforce's market management, unemployment insurance, employment training and community service platform, ensuring to share the data entirely, and at the same time we consider the independence of each system too and each system can be implemented step by step which is greatest characteristic and advantage of this system.(2) Explained in detail in the technological question met in the developing course, have proved in detail, studied emphatically on the integrality of the database, the technological problems of the security, stability. Explained the pluses and minuses of C/S mode and B/S mode in detail. According to the actual conditions of this system, we adopt the method to combine the two modes together, fully utilize the advantages of two modes.(3) Have finished the construction work of the database of this system. Explained the form structure of each subsystem in detail separately, Studied comprehensive form in the code form and system frame form emphatically, offered relevant realization codes. Two forms offered great convenience for a programmer in the programming, and made the system more reliable.(4) Focal point that we design is the security of the database. There are mainly respects involved: in the connection of the database, in order to avoid disposing the potential safety hazard of the configuration file, we adopt the encrypted method to guarantee the security of the database; the restriction of the times ofinputting password; distribution of the authority by system manager; the use of screen protection protecting the idle terminal station in the procedure. (5) We use Windows 2000 Server operation system based on NT structure as development platform and an orient-object visual program language PowerBuider 8.0 as primary development tool to complete the software design and code compiling of the system and explain the key question in the procedure.
