The Application Of APF In The Total Integrated Computer System

System integration project is an IT project integrating the product development, customer relationship and project execution together with a profound knowledge of industrial background. Its multi-disciplinary versatility, technical variability and the uncertainty of the customers' requirements determines a strong sense of pertinence that the project management for the system integration should have. The project management shall be innovative in accordance with the specific conditions. A better execution and management of system integration project plays an significant role in the system integration enterprise.This thesis has mainly had a study on the execution and management of computer system integration for Shenzhen Central Library. At first, it summarizes the theory of the computer system integration, total integration solution and project management as well as adaptive project framework; Then, it analyzes the development and problem of the computer integration industry. Finally, it carries out a case application analysis on APF for Shenzhen Central Library System Integration, including scope of project, project period planning, project execution period, customer's inspection as well as project post-review etc..This thesis has the real signification to the present and future project management for Huadi Company, but also, it has an important reference value for the operation of similar system integration.
