The Integration Of Plan Project Management System

China Aero Geophysical Survey and Remote Sensing Center(referred as the Remote Sensing Center) divide projects those AGRS undertakes into three levels for management. From top to bottom, they are plan project, work project and task. There are some information management systems that manage each process phase of work project and task in AGRS,such as contract management system, project management system and so on. These information systems have accumulated a lot of useful data. The goal of the new plan project management system is to monitor and track all items of a plan project from the perspective of plan project, so data in relevant information system has to be integrated to the plan project management system. In addition, ARGS has a unified identity authentication platform.To realize unified identity authentication, It is necessary to integrate the plan project management system with the platform. The earlier chapters of this paper introduces several main methods of data integration, including federated database system, middleware model, data warehouse. The concept of ETL(extract-transform-load) and techniques that is commonly used to realize the unified identity authentication is also expounded. As the integration of the plan project management system, by investigation and analysis, we find data that should be integrated to the plan project management system. It includes contract information in contract management system, various business data of internal work project in project management system, department information and employee information in personnel system and user information in unified identity authentication system. Because all origin and target databases use Oracle as their management system, target database can connect to origin database by creating Oracle database link. This article use data warehouse method to integrate data. The article mainly tells how to realize data synchronization by developing database procedures to realize ETL process and creating database timed task to schedule ETL tasks. In addition, The paper also introduces how to integrate plan project management system with unified identity authentication platform by calling web service. By calling web Service, the plan project management system has been integrated to unified identity authentication platform. Users of AGRS can enter the plan project management system through the unified identity authentication system. The data synchronization form related information systems of AGRS to plan project management system is completed by developing database procedures and timed tasks. integrated data is on the magnitude of ten thousands. By plan project management system, leadership of remote sensing center and person who is in charge of the plan project can view every stage’s information of all work projects those belong to the plan project, so that they can make right decision.
