E-document Transfer System Design And Agregation With OA

The electronics progress of education management and education information is the most important domain now. The all-sided informed work of government now is glued to the electronic document , which go through the wholly procedures of administration management in the pattern of electronic government affairs. So now the e-document is the key to success the e-government affairs and the important means to publish the government affairs enhance the efficiency and scientific decision and improve and perfect the function of service. This paper begins with the need of the electronic official document , introduces the electronic official document system. The paper mainly designs the electronic official document transport system, analyzes the framework , key technologies and securities. This paper put forward to the scheme about these key technologies, such as the user's certificate exchange, secret key management , Red-header document and seal processing , files'inputting ,and datum compressing .This paper introduces the detailed implement of the project with a demonstration . Through the designs and analyses about the system, and the project's implementing, the system has played an active role in e-government's construction. Finally, the paper put forward to the next work about bettering the system.The system has been used in DongGuan government ,and attained the expected standards, so it can meet with the need of practise.
