Based on the item of container port plan and simulation at Dayao Gulf, this paper uses system simulation technique which help managers to plan system layout, reallocate resources and arrange workers reasonably, and combine Real-time information of each system administration with task planning, and make the most of port resource efficiently.The system requirements of tasks for container port at Dayao Gulf are analyzed in this paper firstly. The system simulation and the port logistic techniques are discussed. Then a research project based on visualizing simulation and logistic techniques is suggested. Besides, the overall structure and organization framework of 3D simulation system is made.Secondly, the flow of task of container port at Dayao Gulf is analyzed, and a 3D simulation system of the real task process is developed by the software Arena 3DPlayer, then the system characteristics is suggested, especially for its strong control power to entity, its multiplicity for the interview way of system and its good negotiability. Aimed at the complexity of the real task process, many key techniques to imitate real situation are introduced, such as adding Seize Area to control truck, setting Ride Point for Transport and multilayer mode for Storage and so on.Thirdly, aimed at the situation of vehicle flux disequilibrium, the attemper task gate system alleyway is analyzed, and a new optimize objective function is suggested, considering the attemper aim and restrict condition, and validate with instance. Besides, two queue projects of vehicle are compared, the optimize project is proved using math induction in theory and mixed queue project is suggested base on the real situation of Dayao Gulf port, and the imitation results show its superiority.Finally, as big repeated module number and uncertainty open number of channels result in heavy task of 2D base map, an application system is proposed to achieve base map drawing faster based on block principle in AutoCAD. The system is implemented by VBA technology, a way of Secondary Development.
