Now,customers don't only need enterprises to deliver enough goods on schedule, but also need shorter and shorter delivery time.Enterprises face the difficulties of both shorter delivery time and improvement of service quality. As an important subsystem of logistics system, order processing system is a link between enterprises and customers. And order processing capability is an important element of customer service. Therefore, how to make a scientific and rational order processing in order to get a higher efficiency becomes the research focus. On the base of studying a lot of academic articles, this thesis in the view of queuing theory analyzes the order processing system and makes some reasonable assumptions. On this basis, the conceptual model of the order processing system is built based on queuing theory. Moreover, using Anylogic simulation platform, the simulation model of the order processing system is built based on queuing theory. In order to obtain more real and reliable experiment data, the conceptual model and the simulation model involves a complex and complete logistics system. And the order processing systems involves two cases-single service desk and double. In the process of simulation, three different queuing disciplines are applied, including First Come First Serve,Last Come First serve and priority queue. Finally, with Comparative Analysis of experiment data, the difference of the performance of the queuing system with different queuing disciplines is got.At last, some advices on the choosing of queuing discipline in ordering processing system are given. In the view of queuing theory, studying queuing disciplines in order processing system is the innovation in this thesis.I hope this thesis can help decision-makers make scientific and rational decision on the choosing of queuing discipline in ordering processing system.
