Development And Realization On The Grain Logistics Control System Of Port

In the industrial production, grain logistics control system of port has great popularization value and practical significance. The present situation and technological process of the grain logistics control system are analyzed in this paper, and implementation scheme of the software design is also advanced, so the difficult problem of automatic control has been solved. This article is divided into four parts, and the primary study of each part is as following:(1) The main research of this part is program study of the process of grain logistics control system, it includes:process selection, process starting and stopping, and the treatment when there is a fault in the process. The whole system can achieve real automation of the process through high-performance PLC control.(2) This part investigates into WINCC of the grain logistics control system, and realizes real-time monitoring of the process operation, process monitoring, equipment monitoring and so on.(3) Seamless integration of the grain logistics control system and management system is studied in this section. This integration discards the pattern that the former management system and control system is isolated, and it makes field information, management information, planning and scheduling, equipment maintenance and cost and quality united. Through the comprehensive treatment of such information, it forms an integrated automation system, which is composed by a control system and information system, and this system can improve efficiency and reduce costs.(4) Extension analysis of logistics system--oils and fats logistics control system is discussed. For complex control systems, feedback systems, time-delay systems and PID control can be used for the discussion and research.
