There are feasibility analysis and also function module design, operation flow design. Whereas the characters of USSD Monternet, the situation, which is not only each user has complex state-jump, multilevel menu but also many users' accessing at one time, is needed to be solved. Through them, the effect of the system can be seen intuitively.The system has been put in use for more than half a year, and can reach the requirements of users. It runs stable and reliable, has good qualities of operation simply and maintenance conveniently.
