Lottery-dealing System Based On USSD

With the development of social welfare project and social physical project in our country, welfare lottery and physical lottery has been deep in the mind of all the people. But there are lots of deficiencies in buying lottery.By the compare of mobile lottery based on IVR (Interactive Voice Response), mobile lottery based on SMS (Short Message Service), and mobile lottery based on IVR and SMS, mobile lottery based on USSD is adopted to resolve the problems.It introduces the thinking of OOP (Object Oriented Programming), the Struts Framework, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), Java, the MySQL database and SMPP (Short Message Peer to Peer) protocol. The system encapsulated JDBC in JavaBeans, which is in charging of handling the database. JSP is counted on to display dynamic pages.The system is composed of the application system based on USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) and the Management Information System (MIS) based on Web.The application system is composed of communication module, controller module, user module and lottery operation module. The lottery-operation module is composed of database module, charge module and message-submitted module. The application system is implemented in Java. MIS is implemented in the Struts Framework. Its privilege is divided into super administrator privilege and ordinary administrator privilege. The super administrator can statistic the dealing information and update the lottery information. The ordinary administrator can inquire the information of his lottery dealing. Considering the security, there are various privileges for various users to manage the system. And the MySQL database in the system is backed up in time.
