With the improvement of culture system reformation and the rapid development of culture industry, and with the rapid growth of new media, which is based on the science and technology progress and takes network as the representative, traditional media is confronting harsh challenges. Under this circumstance, it is very urgent for the media to manage to face the challenges and to develop rapidly,and the development of the media has come into a new phrase. Human resource is the critical factor which can help the media win the new and harsher challenges. It is the part who possesses human resources that can control the future. So, we must pay attention to the development, training and using of the human resource of the media, improve and innovate the human resource management mode in order to improve the development of the media, which has important significance not only in theory, but also in practice.Using the method of theory and demonstration, this article reviews the development of the human resource management of the media of our country, summarizes the theories on the human resource management, and analyzes the actuality, the problems and the reasons of the human resource management of the media of our country. On the basis of deep research and the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the article presents a more scientific and canonical human resource management mode which includes object management, procedure management, performance management and training and inspiring system and aims at improving the development of the media. The purpose of the article is to improve the innovation of the human resource management mode of the media.
