Under the trend of development of global economy,organizing and mastering new technology is a competitive advantage for entering a new market quickly.More and more enterprises or public institutions build their resource competitiveness through their own human resources,and develop effectively for a long term.A human resource management system can show work results quickly and conveniently,conduct statistical analysis in real time on information such as salary,and serve all enterprise personnel including employees and managers.The implementation of the management system can integrate,analyze and predict various kinds of information,which is beneficial to reduction of management cost and enhancement of management efficiency.In this system,the B/S mode is used,a software engineering method is applied for system modeling,the ASP.NET technology is used for coding,and MySQL is used in backend database.In the design of each module of the system,an MVC frame design mode is used to show high cohesion and low coupling so as to improve the independence of the module.The system adopts the theoretical framework of modern human resource management system to form an enterprise application platform,which is scaled out,by means of Internet technology according to the actual process of enterprise business.The purposes of developing this system are to enable employees to know enterprise image and strength anytime and anywhere,establish an international management mode,enhance the total image of enterprises in employees' mind,reduce the burden of human resources,and strengthen coordination among departments.The system uses six functional modules of coordination work,personnel management,attendance management,performance appraisal,salary management and personnel analysis to complete effective management of human resource management so as to promote development of production and operation and enhance the labor productivity of enterprises.After development of the system,business logic validation is carried out for each module according to the management data flow of enterprises.To ensure the reliability of the system,black-box testing and white-box testing are carried out simultaneously,and business logic errors and the coding errors are corrected.The system is at the primary application stage.
