With the information integration technologies, the eco-environment information system realizes the informatization management of eco-environment resources to establish a mechanism to transfer and share the information among the designer, the builders and the supervisors about the eco-environment. Currently, in the construction of eco-environment information, the information collection and exchange technology is an imperative issue to be resolved, and the WebGIS is one of the crucial technologies. The research of the eco-environment information system based on WebGIS will help to establish a dynamic monitoring system and provide a feasible scheme for eco-environment information management and decision support.In this paper, based on the Internet networklized development technologies, aimed at networklized management of eco-environment, such technologies as the multi-scale, multi-resolution rate data collection and integration, document database , spatial database, ComGis development, and "3S" were used.The main results are listed as the following:1. According to the modern software engineering design idea, the systematical requirement for the construction of Beijing Eco-environment information was analyzed and studied. It was designed with UML(Unified Modeling Language) and constructed under iterate development model as an internet network system using multi-language crossing flatforms technologies to integrate multi-source data.2. The construction of Beijing eco-environment information system based on WebGIS help to set up a common network between Suburban and rural areas, so as to carry out the automatic management of eco-environment project , to integrate the scattering, limited and cross-era eco-environment information resources, to achieve the aim of sharing infinite expansion and application of the system resources.3. United the GIS with MIS and OA holostricly,Using document databasetechnology.4. Realized the integration of multi-source data using Spatial Database technology.5. Joined remote clients such as HPC/PockedPC with Eco-environment InformationNetwork and Supplies instant information services using embedded development technologies.
