Research On The Cooperation Model Of Inter-Enterprises Information Sharing Under The Internet Of Things’ Environment

With the rapid development of Internet of things (IoT) technology, the security of information and the interest conflict problem have attract more and more attention of academic world. In IoT information sharing, the participants’ coopetition behavior that includes providing incorrect information or selling others’ information has a great influence on the inter-enterprise cooperation. Under the environment of IoT, information sharing cooperation model’s evolution direction, supervisory mechanism and revenue-sharing contract’s controlling force on evolution direction, supervisory mechanism and revenue-sharing contract’s design methods are three main concerns of this dissertation.This dissertation analyzes these problems from industry cluster perspective. This dissertation firstly summarizes the correlation theories and papers about industry cluster upgrading, IoT application and industry cluster’s information sharing. Then this dissertation proposes IoT information sharing cooperation model of industry cluster which is analyzed horizontally and vertically. This model considers the impact of effective IoT information amount and the enterprises’ cooperation or cheating behaviors. In horizontal cooperation model, given n equal participants for IoT information sharing system, the special payoff from IoT is exponentially positively correlated with effective IoT information amount. The result of evolutionary game analysis shows that the cheating behavior in information sharing needs appropriate supervisor mechanism. However this supervisor mechanism induces short-term payoff decreasing. Afterwards, a new introducing method is proposed in the deeply discussing which could lead industry cluster to cooperation. In the vertical cooperation model, we discuss two kinds of enterprises (lead enterprise and follow enterprise). They have different sizes of information amount and payoff. The model points out the evolutionary direction and proposes the impact of revenue sharing contract under the different condition of payoff structure and information ratio. Two cases of revenue sharing contract are calculated to show the effect of handling one-way free riding and improving industry cluster. Lastly, countermeasures and suggestions of increasing the cooperation intention are proposed according to three levels of nation, industrial cluster and enterprise.
