With the development of human society and increasing resources utilization, people pay more and more attention to the global marine environmental changes. How to express parameters of marine environment and its changes has become the focus of research at the present stage, GIS researchers pay high attention to Marine GIS technology and application. Researchers of marine GIS analysis and express marine environment based on spatial data of marine environment, how to organize, store and manage multi-source marine spatial data in time and efficiently, and express the data visually is the focus of this study.Around the issues of design and realize process of visualization system of spatial data of marine environment, spatial database technology and three dimensional earth technology were analysed firstly, then several solutions of key technologies, such as data management technology, data three-dimensional sphere dynamic display and inquires the analysis technology are discussed thoroughly, thus the effective solutions have been put forward. Based on this study, time-effective data organization and management model for spatial data of marine environment have been proposed, the spatial database of marine environment established, and automatic batch data warehousing strategy designed. The automatic warehousing of spatial data of marine environment was realized in accord with the marine environment on the efficiency of remote sensing data characteristics and the saving of data storage and the need for human. Furthermore, digital ocean can be expressed on3D ellipsoid, which can enable users to explore and analyze marine environmental data in3D model intuitively, demonstrate spatial data visualization of marine environment dynamically, and express spatial distribution of marine environment visually. The Originality of the upper data automatic extraction, theory and method of3D expression were put forward, intelligent marine environmental data space analysis model was proposed.This paper studies the integration system of spatial data management of marine environment and functions of3D visualization and analysis, the research results not only lay the foundation for real-time analysis and uses of marine spatial data for marine researchers, but also provide theoretical supports and effective tools for change researches and protection of marine environment.
