| Tension stringing equipment is a type of construction machinery for tension string construction, and it is especially indespensible to the construction over 220kV. It shows to a large extent the maximum construction capacity of a company. With the development of electricity industry and increasingly fierce competition of the electricity market, an urgent demand for higher security, reliability and efficiency of the operation of tension stringing equipment has been put forward. Consequently, research and application on monitoring and management system are particularly significant in order to ensure the security, reduce malfunction frequrency and lower the maintainance expenses of tension string equipment. With the techniques of GPRS, embedded system and condition monitoring, research and development has been carried out on wireless remote monitoring and management system for tension stringing equipment in the dissertation.The dissertation is divided into seven chapters:In Chapter One, the research background and significance of the issue in question has been related. Current situations of monitoring and maintenance management of construction machinery at home and abroad are briefly discussed, and some relevant techniques and theories concerning wireless remote monitoring and management system for tension stringing equipment are introduced before the main content and highlights are listed.In Chapter Two, the structure of tension stringing equipment is firstly outlined, then some usual malfunctions are numerated and analysed. Then the selection principles of featured signals are discussed. At last, the schemes for featured signals and points for monitoring are confirmed.In Chapter Three, needs analysis of wireless remote monitoring and management system for tension stringing equipment is carried out. Then the entire structure and functions of the general system including embedded monitoring terminal, server and management software of the equipment are designed. Meanwhile, main hardwares, software environment and working tools are selected according to the functions.In Chapter Four, the methods of wireless remote communication based on GPRS, the techniques of signal preprocessing and acquiring are studied and analysed. And the general structure of embedded system hardware is designed. Then the hardware system of embedded system involving signal preprocessing circuits is developed.In Chapter Five, how to transplant μC/OS-Ⅱ discussed in great detail. Various ways of communicating among different tasks are carefully studied before embedded monitoring terminal software is worked out.In Chapter Six, server software for data accepting is developed. Flow diagram and data diagram of management software for tension stringing equipment are accurately studied, leading to the realization of main functional modules.
