The decision support system of information equipment based Condition-based Maintenance adopt the Condition-based Maintenance mode to aid the maintenance decision. The Condition-based Maintenance is a maintenance mode based on the states of network equipment、server and storage equipment. According to the live monitoring data and the historical data of long time, and the experience of the maintain staff, and the rule of Condition-based Maintenance of information equipment, the maintenance decision is made. This is a different mode from the traditional regular maintenance based on time cycle.In this paper, a maintenance decision support system which monitor the running state of centralized network equipment、server and storage equipment in large-scale equipment room is researched. The information collection technology of information equipment and the evaluation method of running state of equipment are researched. By the establishment of the knowledge base based on the combination of the maintenance experience of the maintain staff and running alarm threshold of information equipment, the dynamic rule of the alarm threshold in the Condition-based Maintenance is provided. While getting live monitor data of the running state of the hardware and software of information equipment in equipment room,the running state of equipment is evaluation quantitatively according to historical data. The early tip information is lifted of the equipment which need to repair or change. The hidden faults is eliminated by network maintenance personnel before equipment failure, and the normal operation of equipment room is ensured.The background of establishment of system is told. The associated key technologies are introduced. Then the functional requirement and non-functional requirement of system are discussed in detail. The design and realization of the data acquisition system、state evaluation system、state display system and based serve system are detailed described. At last, the test of the system is told.The normal running of the equipment room of state GRID electric power must been guarded by the decision support system of information equipment integrated with the Condition-based Maintenance.
