Since entering twenty-first Century, the rapid development of domestic economy, iron and steel enterprises in the country's social and economic development plays a very important role, iron ore enterprises as the basis for iron and steel enterprises, supporting the continuous development of iron and steel enterprises. But now the equipment maintenance work of most iron ore enterprises is still carried out, not scientific and standardized, the problem is the high failure rate of enterprise equipment, serious impact on the production efficiency of iron enterprises, the development of the enterprise, in addition to the maintenance and spare parts reserve is not scientific, resulting in higher cost. In view of these outstanding problems, enterprises need to establish the equipment maintenance management system which is in line with their own characteristics, improve the efficiency of the equipment maintenance work by using the tool of information technology, so as to reduce the maintenance cost and improve the production efficiency.In this paper, the equipment maintenance management of the mountain iron mine is analyzed, and the management and maintenance of the mine equipment is analyzed in detail, and then the problems are found. On the basis of the analysis of the requirements of mine equipment maintenance management, combined with the advantages of computer information system to optimize the maintenance management of mining equipment, with information platform to improve the efficiency of mining equipment maintenance management. Secondly, the feasibility analysis, function and performance requirements of the system for the maintenance management system of the equipment maintenance management system of the mountain iron mine. Based on the result of requirement analysis, the design of database and logic design of the system is presented. The system module is designed in detail, and the function data flow chart is given. At last, the system development and application of the equipment maintenance management system are analyzed, and the system's development platform and operating environment requirements are analyzed, and the typical functions of the system are introduced. Then the system is tested and analyzed, and the test cases of the system function modules are given. The test results and the practical application of the system are analyzed.In this paper using VS2008 and Oracle database developed Qidashan Iron Mine equipment maintenance management system can basically meet the needs of Qidashan Iron Mine equipment maintenance management needs, can efficient will all data classification system stored in the corresponding data in the table to achieve efficient equipment information management, to formulate the corresponding equipment maintenance plan and timing reminding device responsible for equipment maintenance and equipment data statements automatically generated, the realization of mine management personnel quickly and accurately grasp the mine equipment operation maintenance. The development of equipment maintenance management system there are also some problems, will combine the problems encountered in the work itself continued to improve, and continuously improve mine equipment maintenance level, realize the mine to continuously improve efficiency.
