| Vibration measurement and analysis technology is important branch of Mechanical dynamics, and it is the universal aspect of the application of the mechanical dynamic engineering. With the development of the science technology, the requirements for the rotating speed, bearing ability, working life-span and so on become higher and higher, and people have more and more thorough understanding on vibration. Therefore, the requirement for the study of vibration measurement and analysis technology become higher and higher.In this system of the dissertation, MCU is chose to acquire signals and them a rounded monitoring of the unit can be implemented. Generally, the study is focus on two parts. In the first part studies the problem of data acquisition as a basis of condition monitoring and mainly probes into the design of hardware and software of field nodal point for acquisition. As a core part of hardware, Microprocessor chip unit is used to acquire signals which brings on an adbantage that the nodal point can be established near measuring points. So the transmission line is short and convenient for wiring, and the capability of anti-interference has been enhanced remarkably. Then the RS485 Bus is used to communicate between PC and MCU. During designing the software of PC, Multi-thread idea has been applied in signal accepting and handling for a higher efficient utilization for system resource. The second part considering the requirement of real-time sampling, a solution was advanced , which synthetically used all the real-time mechanisms provided by Windows2000/XP. The way how to read and write the large file of signal was also given, which will use only a litter memory.Finally in the dissertation, based on software engineering, a condition monitoring system of rolling mill test-bed, which has the characteristic of good transplantation and expansion, strong anti-interference, convenient operation, is developed on Borland C++ builder 6.0 and will use for reference for further perfection and expansion. |
