Research On Time-grating Displacement Sensor Of The Linear Type

Time-grating displacement sensor is a new displacement sensor. The research for it is a creative work that has far researching significance. Compared with the traditional grating sensors, time-grating displacement sensor has some marked advantages such as simple structure and manufacture crafts, strong resistance for interference, low cost and high intelligence, which make it has satisfactory market prospect.The thesis introduces the components and combination principle of the linear typed time-grating displacement sensor briefly. Then based on the theory of time-space coordinate transformation and field typed motive coordinate system, emphatically demonstrates the research & development process of linear typed time-grating displacement sensor, and illustrates the design method of virtual displacement testing instrument. At last, by experimental practice, we compare the experimental data received by this sensor with the data received synchronous by the grating sensor, and Finally, giving out the methods and results of the comparison.
