Time-grating is based on the principle of "to the time measurable space ", it is completely different from kinds of traditional displacement sensors such as grating ,using space-based precision carved technology. after more than 10 years of hard work, circle Time Grating Displacement Sensor studies have a great break through.In three areas(the measurement department, manufacturing and national defense of),studies have got great promotion, fully demonstrating its previous superiority -simply manufacturing process, great anti-interference ability, low cost, high degree of intelligence a significant advantage. It has good market prospects .Length is an extremely important physical quantities, which is one of seven fundamental physical quantities of the International System of Units ,including length, quality, time, current strength, thermodynamic temperature, amount of substance and light intensity. is one. Therefore, the length measurementcan not be ignored. In order to extend the types of time-grating, the author's research group is sponsored by the National Science Foundation funded with the rich experience accumulated in the circle time-grating research,make further research about linear displacement sensor. In order to improve accuracy to the measurement level, this article reflects the main research contents as follows:1.Comparative analysis of the operation principle of inductosyn, grating, and time-grating sensor , identifying commonalities and differences between them, so that providing a theoretical basis for the further study of linear Time Grating Displacement Sensor.2.Based on the principle of liner motor , intruducing the principle of a time line grating displacement sensor, Designing a uniform gap machine slotted to replace hand-arranged s double needle structure. So as to form such traveling-wave magnetic field space that it can meettime coordinate transformation principle.3.Choose the same coefficient of thermal expansion materials, design cut to length and the slide, sliding scale with the slider mechanism to ensure that the sliding scale, parallel rails and cut to length and simplify installation of institutional links, reduces the Abbe error and temperature errors.4.Describes the sensor error separation and self-correction, dynamic measurement data pre-processing techniques, dynamic error isolation and real-time correction.5.Using time linear displacement sensor, Heidenhain linear grating and the Renishaw laser interferometer are compared. When drawing round the whole gate in the amendment of the local fitting method studied.drawing lessons from radial time grating ,it was used data of the part fitting whole method to carry on experimenting a research.6.Using curve fitting,Spectral Analysis and by-point correction method of sampling data are processed through a large number of static tests, dynamic tests to find the factors affecting accuracy in order to improve the measurement accuracy.In summary, the proven linear Time Grating Displacement Sensor Based on the feasibility of conducting a large number of experiments and a deeper study of linear displacement sensor when the gate to work in full swing to lay the foundation for high-precision Linear Time Grating Displacement Sensor R & D work of great significance to improve the measurement accuracy, to measure the level.
