Study On Archives Information Management System In Manufacturing Enterprises

With the economical globalization and social information service tide, not only speed up the development of human society, but also changes the way of working, living and thinking gradually. The information economy has become the new power and the leading part of the world economy. As being one of the enterprise's most important information resources, the archives has become the important propelling force of the enterprise sustainable development. The development of the archives work and the process of information will be delayed without the relative consummate project of the archives management information system and infrastructure. How to use archives information resource completely, and how to make it serve for enterprises in decision-making, development and management, are becoming the new tasks which the archives management work faces.This thesis firstly summarized the function and significance of enterprise archives management, as well as the existing questions and the development tendency.And then took the manufacturing enterprises as the research object, to analyze the classification and characteristic of manufacturing enterprises'archives and find out the problem of archives management, finally proposed the demands of archives information management for manufacturing enterprises and the characteristic of archives information management mode.The last part analyzed the business process of manufacturing enterprises'archives management at present, and the reason and condition of process design. On this foundation, it studied the business process design of enterprises'archives information management.On the foundation of the analyzing of the demand and process designing of enterprises'archives information management system, the research analyzed the function structure and design principle of archives information management system, and proposed the system frame model, and has studied the goal and principle of database design.Based on the analyzing of construct principle of network architecture system, the research analyzed and designed the system network platform and network architecture.
