The online business processing system for PHS agent in Dandong Netcom Company is a typical telecom business support system, and it is developed with B/S mode. The system includes three aspects as follows: the service logic implementation, the interface development as well as the database establishment and maintenance. For this system, the complete application function and the user-friendly operation interface are necessary, and it should be easy-used. Moreover, not only the data consistency and the data integrity but also the data security should be considered in the database system.First, this paper introduces the background of project, including necessity, feasibility and construction basis of the project. Then, it analyzes the requirements for the online business processing system for PHS agent. We use the object-oriented design method to describe the requirement analysis. In the requirement analysis stage, we take Rational Rose as the modeling tool, and describe the system function requirements by use cases. Then this paper introduces the system design stage, and describes the information model and the function model for the system. This paper also introduces the system development environment. We use MICROSOFT Visual Studio.NET 2003 development kits, an object-oriented development kit. We developed the system prototype in a short time, and did requirement iteration to the initial prototype system, revised and improved the system unceasingly until users satisfy the developed system.This paper presents the detailed design for the data model, the system deployment, and so on. Finally, it concludes the work of the paper, and proposes the future works for system improvement.
