Research And Implementation Of An ITS Monitor And Management System

In recent years, with the rapid development of vehicle industry, the confliction of provide and need of urban roads is more serverer. The ITS is an efficient way to solve this problem. ITS Monitor and Management System is the core part of the ITS, is vey importment for ITS.the aim of this thesis is to realize a self-contained Monitor and Management System based on the research achievement of vehicle navigation and orientation technique. The system will provide the users a software based on PC/PDA which could make the users query and manage the traffic information, analyse, manage and control the traffic, the vehicles and the traffic equipments.Firstly the thesis analyzed the frame of ITS and ITS Monitor and Management System, presented the system design scheme which combined center, C/S pattern sub-center and B/S pattern website. Through the analysis of the applications, the thesis presented the system design scheme of function module structure.Analyzed the scheme of choosing GIS software, deal with the patterns both in local-application and web-application, presented two kinds of scheme to solve the problem of dithering in vehicle monitor application.Remote communication based on wireless network and Internet network is one of the core techniques in ITS Monitor and Management System. The thesis analyzed the wireless communication pattern and network structure, presented the realize of two kinds of communication module based on GPRS network and three level network structure. Through introducing event technique and XML technique to assure the real-time capability and information self-contained capability of the system.Analyzed the data types of this system, aim at four main data types, presented the scheme of building database and dealing with the data. Meanwhile through introducing RBAC technique, presented a new type design scheme of security control.At last, this thesis brought forth the research achievement of this system and the functions which has been accomplished. The system is satisfied with the designed aim by experiment.
