GPRS is short for General Packet Radio Service, it has superiority owe to its high-speed transmit and always online, and it is very fit for the situation that there are much data to transmit but the time is not continuous.In the working course of the oil machine, we need to obtain such data as the electric current and power of the electromotor for regulating the working state of the oil machine. Traditionally, it is necessary to obtain the data by hand, but it also has the disadvantage such as cost of manpower, low efficiency, long inspectability priord and fallibility. Therefore, we need to design a kind of system to solve the above problem urgently. This communication and control system of oil well based on the GPRS communication, micro-controller and computer is discussed in this thesis.This paper design the scheme of the GPRS inspectability system centered on PIC16F74, it includes the functions of sampling, filter, save and transferring, as well as insuring its safty. It can sample the voltage current and power signals, and then filter the high frequency, which is based on Butterworth digital filter.The data will be sent to GPRS net through GPRS module, finally to the host PC. The GPRS module is MC35 terminal (Siemens, Inc). On this basis, the paper elaborate on the design of layers such as data link layer, transport layer and network layer. It includes the selection of layers, simplify of PPP protocol and the realization of UDP/IP.This paper also design a method that host PC can communicate with the module bidirectionally through it. This thesis also analyzes the reliability of the entire system, in case of the UDP's fallibility, the failure when system is working and interfere from noise. The soft panel based on Windows Operation System is programmed with Visual Basic. It can display and analyze measured data more intuitively。At present, prototype has already been developed. After debugging and testing, the result proved that the design could meet the demand of the supervisory control system.
