This Paper comes from My Director's Project—Intelligent Power System of Heilongjiang Province. The Intelligent Power System Subject is mainly researched on the parameters of power line and monitored their changes. With these datus people can find a regular law and make a valid distribution. This can save the power energey and ensure the normal progress of live. What this paper discusses about is the front part of the Intelligent Power System — the Data Acquiring Systems.In order to keeping the power system working well, Messasuring the current, the voltage and the power of the line are needed. So we should sample and collect the power line data. Data Acquiring is a branch of the computer applied technology and it's one of the new main method of getting information.This paper in detail discusses a kind of data acquiring system in the field of monitoring power line, including the hardware and software. A method of Time Splitting Product is used to measure the power in the power line accuraly. Hardware consists from the high level 32-bit embedded processor. And beyond this hardware several kind of embedded software is ported. This system can be used to measure the data parameters of electric systems and has a good sampling velocity and accuracy. This data acquiring system that has been designed in the project took reference of some Corp.'s products' function, including voltage and current displaying, Availability Power and Nullity Power, power factor, frequency, voltage and current phase difference etc. We also combine the latest embedded technology to port Embedded Real-Time Operating System, Embedded Graphic User Interface, Embedded File System and Light Weight Internet Protocol. These enhance the technology of the Data Acquiring System.
