With the rapid development of power electronics, various power electronic devices and nonlinear loads in power systems, industrial control and daily life are used widely ,and the power quality which is focused on by the electricity sector and electricity users is becoming increasingly evident. Power quality problems not only do harm to the stable operation of power itself, but also poses a serious threat to terminal users.This thesis implements an intelligent power detection system based on embedded Linux, online monitoring, recording and analysis the power provides the necessary basis for electricity sector to develop control measures for power quality problems.It does important practical significance to improve the power quality in the future.First of all,this thesis analyses domestic and oversea present situation of power quality monitoring devices and the significance of the design of power quality monitoring system, and describe power parameters of domestric power quality standards. According to the requirments of online power quality monitoring system, this thesis puts forward a design of intelligent power detection system based on ARM and SOPC frame work.The hardware of system is composed of slave output embranchment signal acquisition modules and the master data monitoring module. Slaves output embranchment modules describe SOPC(C8051F040) and high precision acquisition chip as the center,and are responsible for acquisitioning and processing power signals,draw up data transaction of CAN frame and upload them.The maser data monitoring module describes ARM9(S3C2440A) as the center,and is responsible for monitoring and management of the entire system.It extends the CAN bus communication interface,and collects the power data and the working state information from slaves through the CAN bus,stores and real-timely displays or takes system protection measures essential after analysising,cuts Linux2.6 kernal, transplant the embedded Linux real-time operating system to ARM9 processor successfully, accomplishes the character device and application progarm of CAN bus communication, designs the detailed flow chart, and explore interactive interface(GUI) based on QT/Embedded initially.
