Current real estate development activities is the main industry in our country, although there are already 10 years of history, but also the prevailing emphasis on marketing planning and management process light, attaching importance to the construction management but despising the management of the whole project and the overall process. In an increasingly fierce market conditions, how to effectively improve the management of real estate projects, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises, so that enterprises, based on the current macroeconomic policy adjustments and changes of the market demand, can survive and even grow in strength, that's an universally concerned matter of the real estate business. Developing a corresponding management system is in keeping with the demands of the times.
