Ontology Oriented Intelligent Emergency Rescue Decision Support Information System

Intelligent Decision Support System, making use of heuristic qualitative reasoning in the Artificial Intelligence and quantitative solve in the Decision Support System, based on the domain expert's experience and knowledge which come form the process of problems, provides the decision support for the half-structural or structural problem.Emergency Rescue Decision Support System is an emergency organizational command system, which makes use of all kinds of resource and takes all sorts of rescue measures to guarantee the life safety, which also commands, manages co-ordinates, dispenses the rescue resource to control and solve the existing accident, and minimizes the loss caused by the accident.In this paper, we research an Intelligent Emergency Rescue Decision Support System based on Ontology. Firstly, we analysis the emergency rescue decision support system elementary concept and core work-flow, design model of the system, put forward the use-case model and applying pattern of emergency rescue decision support system. Secondly, based on the elementary concept, we design the ontology model, and describe the ontology base of the emergency plan in detail. We aim at an emergency rescue decision support system, base on an emergency rescue decision support theories system, make full use of ontology theories, and develop the research of ontology application. This is an application test of Intelligent Decision Support System applied in the Emergency rescue project.Finally, the schema of Intelligent Emergency rescue Decision Support System, the actual workflow, and the system prototype are given.
