| City emergency intelligent decision system is an essential part to prompt a city into modernization and intelligence, and is also becoming construction tasks paid much attention by all of different level of governments. How to use limited resources with high efficiency to enhance government capabilities of quick response to sudden affairs and against risks, and to provide citizen with urgency salvation services quickly, accurately and in time are an important project to be valuably researched and practiced in city emergency intelligent decision support system.This paper based on knowledge and reasoning, data mining, wireless mobile communication, Android,3G, Flex, mobile streaming media technology and etc., these technologies'application technology ways and implementation measures are researched and practiced in urban emergency intelligence decision support system, the major research contents and innovations are as follows:1) A new emergency decision support system web technical framework with intelligent reasoning and self-learning intelligent functions is presented in this paper, which provide efficient technology support for implementing urban emergency intelligence decision support system.2) A mobile terminal emergency system based on Android is designed and implemented, so that emergency web system has functions to interactive data with wireless mobile terminal, greatly improve the flexibility and timeliness of emergency command.3) A emergency mobile video surveillance system based on streaming media technology and Flex is designed and implemented, the live image, video information and etc. can be transmitted to the emergency command center timely by mobile terminal, an advance way for emergency command staffs real time control of live.Some achievements had been got by the research work in this paper, but most of work still stayed in theory study stage, so their experiments and verifications in practices should be strengthened further, so that they tend to continue perfect. |
