Cardiovascular disease is one of the most dangerous threats to human health. This kind of diseases is generally diagnosed by electrocardiogram (ECG). As a result, we may find that the ECG signal sampling and transmission in exact and effective ways are significant in clinical medicine. With the swift and violent developments of the Internet, Embedded and some other technologies, there are some new solutions to the ECG monitoring.The author is engaged in researching and designing of an ECG signal monitoring system based on Ethernet. It realizes the Internet monitoring when the embedded ECG signal sampling equipment connects to the Internet through Ethernet using TCP/IP. On the other hand, the system has a function of Holter by using a CF card that may realize a long-time storage and the upload of historical ECG data.In this thesis, we design a special signal amplifying and adjusting circuit in order to pick up the ECG signal. S3C44B0X, a high performance and low power ARM microprocessor is selected as the kernel of the system, on which some function interfaces are extended, such as memory, ADC, Ethernet and so on. An open-source embedded real-time operating system named μC/OS- II is used to manage the tasks plotted out according to the requirements of the system. This software mode ensures the real-time character, dependability and expansibility. In order to realize the process ability of TCP/IP, we choose the open-source lwIP. It reduces the difficulties and costs by using these open-source codes. The processes of migrating and achieving are given in this thesis.The ECG signal monitoring system based on Ethernet may utilize the great advantage of Internet; enhance the efficiency of diagnoses and prevention. This research may also have some basic supports to those fresh medical technologies, such as telemedicine, home health care, expert consultation and so on. |
