Coke Oven Collector Pressure Intelligent Control System

In coking process, the stable pressure of discharge header is the main parameter for coke oven normally producing. Because several coke ovens are connected in parallel, there are many external disturbances and there are complex coupling relations in the coke oven group , between coke oven groups and between coke ovens and the blower .So the discharge header pressure system is a complex multi-variable control system and is not easy to set up mathematical model. In this thesis an adaptive fuzzy logic control and fuzzy decoupling rules are given to the discharge header pressure system. A supervisory control level for blower front suction is given to coordinating the whole system. The forming of the intelligent control system and running are given. Finally, some correlate control stations are introduced.
