This paper has introduced the Picture Archiving and Communication System in many aspects in detail, such as, its generation, its development, and its relative knowledge.As the two popular net-architectures, Client/Server and Browser/Server have been contrasted in this paper. By the study, we have designed a new architecture of PACS that is based on the mix of C/S and B/S.In the light of the characteristics of the huge storage of PACS, we have designed a method of the storage of data. The different storage-strategy and storage-structure for mini-PACS and full-service PACS have been also given.This paper has designed the system in total and detail. Visualization Toolkit (VTK) has been studied in this paper. With this tool, we have realized the display of the DICOM picture and the 3D visualization of medical image. In the end, we have succeeded to finish the flat of 3D visualization of medical image of the system. |
