In recent years,the number of examination results from advanced medical equipment are taking more and more important position in clinical diagnosis.PACS system plays a huge role as a digital image system.In most of the hospitals in China,PACS systems are designed complex,expensive and hard to implement or maintain.The traditional PACS system is inconvenient in the hardware update and difficult to achieve medical Data sharing.In order to solve the difficulties faced by the traditional PACS system,to simplify the construction of the hospital PACS system,to provide a calculation and storage flexibility PACS system according to the needs of different medical institutions,to better support the sharing of regional medical data,it is necessary to develop a new architecture PACS System-Cloud based PACS System.The cloud PACS system utilizes the cloud storage and cloud computing capabilities.It would translate PACS systems into software services for these healthcare institution.The company develops such a product is conducive to seize the initiative in the cloud PACS products market and to occupy advantage in internet medical industry.The author mainly participates in the demand analysis and design realization of the transmission side of the project.The transport side includes the transport client DicomUploader and the server APIServer.The DicomUploader is responsible for receiving the medical image data generated by the hospital through the DICOM protocol and sending them to the server.The APIServer,on the one hand,exposes the interface to the other side and the other is responsible for managing the image data.In technology respect,the cloud PACS system based on node.js in which the transmission client using the Electron framework for development.In the data storage,the use of MySQL database storage image meta information,the image itself is the use of Ali cloud object storage services.After development,the Cloud PACS system has greatly reduced the cost of building PACS system in medical institutions,and has facilitated the sharing of image data between the medical institutions and the company.At the same time,the project as a first-stage project,would make it easier to add new features in the future,such as medical image analysis report,patient diagnosis and other functions.
